JetSwirl Spesification

PURPOSE :

Jetswirl work to make the mixing fuel and air that occurred in the engine becomes more homogeneous, so burning becomes more perfect.

EFFICIENCY :

• Increase power.
• Save fuel consumption 20% - 40%, depend on the level of wear and tear/ mechanical compression.
• Mechanical temperature more cold 10% - 20%.
• Smoother mechanical vibration.
• JetSwirl" can be applied to all types of wheeled vehicles-4 and does not require special treatment.

CHARACTERS :

• Engine speed (RPM) in the constant uphill road without obstacles.
• Ex: When the vehicle to travel with the speed climb 80 km / hour, without adding the gas pedal board, the speed remains 80 km / hour.
• Speed will be on the road straight / flat tread without gas pedal.

INSTALATION :

• Prepare JetSwirl according to type/brand of car.
• Dislodged carburettor (SOHC) or Intake Manipold (DOHC/Diesel).
• Connected JetSwirl on the manipold. Use glue Silicon to prevent leakage.
• Post back carburettor or Intake Manipold (DOHC/Diesel).
• Turn on the engine. Reduce noise from carburettor/filter by adjusting the carburettor air hole until high RPM. Then play again stationer bolts until it cause an idle lap (500-700 RPM).
• If a detonation/mechanical limp, check ignition/setting of the valve/spark plugs. In such cases, recommended for tune-up the engine.

On the gasoline engine, the best setting which are marked with spark plugs colour become brown and dispose of exhaust gas containing water (H20). While the diesel engine, it will be a reduction of black smoke from the exhaust.
